Meet Shea Johnson

 I am Shea Johnson, Founder of Pivoting with Purpose, LLC. Building on a 27-year career in federal executive leadership at HUD and the EPA, I help organizations bridge the gap between artificial intelligence and real-world business results.

I leverage my extensive experience in organizational change to help small and mid-sized businesses adopt AI with clarity and confidence. My mission is to close the AI education gap by making AI practical, approachable, and accessible for everyone. By turning complex technology into simple, effective solutions, I help today's workforce work smarter, solve problems faster, and achieve more.

I am also deeply committed to workforce development. In addition to training organizations, I work with individuals - including housing authority residents and other job seekers - to build practical AI skills that increase confidence, strengthen workforce readiness, and open doors to new career opportunities.

Through tailored consulting, keynote speaking, and hands-on training, I equip leaders, teams, and individuals with the knowledge and tools to increase productivity, streamline operations, and confidently integrate AI into their daily work.
